This course will explain what sexual harassment is and why it’s important to prevent it in the workplace. The instructor will describe policies and procedures for responding to and reporting incidents of sexual harassment. The course will also cover what retaliation is and how a supervisor can help prevent retaliation claims by employees who complain of sexual harassment.
