Impairment
Impairment is a growing concern for employers. Employees could be impaired due to alcohol, drugs, or even fatigue. When this happens, there is potential for lost productivity, absenteeism or sickness, and most importantly, someone being fatally injured on the job due to not thinking clearly and reduced reaction times.
The NDSC’s programs, instructors and resources will help you learn the signs of impairment, how to offer help, and how to write and implement an effective workplace policy based on laws and best practices.
