Our Leadership Development Program trains supervisors and managers to incorporate best safety practices into their daily management activities. The course includes 22 instructional modules. Each module focuses on critical requirements for safety improvement in the workplace, and includes discussion of management approaches and regulatory issues that apply. Some of the topics covered are: communication, employee involvement, inspections, investigations, industrial hygiene and PPE.
