ONE BASIN – One Way! (OBOW) is a standardized contractor safety orientation program of the North Dakota Petroleum Council and is designed specifically for North Dakota’s oil and gas industry.

There are two different courses offered within the OBOW program.

1. ONE BASIN – One Way! Standardized Contractor Orientation program. This first-year 4-hour orientation course is required by the participating host companies. Available in-person and distance learning.
2. ONE BASIN – One Way! H2S Certification and Respiratory Protection Training. This class meets revised ANSI/ASSE Z390.1-2017 standard in mitigating risks associated with H2S exposure industry-wide. Available in-person. Coming Soon a distance learning course and Spanish language option.
