Attendance Options

Pre-Conference – Courses priced individually

  • Choose a wide array of Pre-Conference courses on Monday, Feb. 24. All courses priced individually. Lunch on Monday is included.

Full Conference – $480 (if you qualify for all the discounts)

  • Receive access to three top-notch keynotes, all breakout sessions Tuesday – Thursday, exhibitor show, breakfast and lunch Tuesday and Wednesday, event social Tuesday night, hot breakfast buffet on Thursday morning and much more!

Wednesday or Thursday Only – $335 (if you qualify for all the discounts)

  • Access to one keynote, breakout sessions on Tuesday or Wednesday, exhibitor show, event social Tuesday night and one day of breakfast and lunch.

Thursday Only – $225 (if you qualify for all the discounts)

  • Access to Thursday’s breakout sessions, hot breakfast buffet and closing keynote.

Tradeshow Attendee – $70 (if you qualify for all the discounts)

  • Access to breakfast, exhibits and keynotes on Tuesday and Wednesday. Lunch not included.

Virtual Conference – $480 (if you qualify for Early Bird & NDSC member discounts)

  • Access to three top-notch keynotes livestreamed, and your choice of different breakout sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday livestreamed in the comfort of your own office or home.

DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE

Four ways to save big on your Conference registration!

  1. Become a member! Annual membership fees begin at $350; and your Full Conference membership discount is $205. Become a member and save.
  2. Register early for an extra discount! Save $10-$50 per registration when you register by Friday, Jan. 24, 2025
  3. WSI policy holders receive the WSI Scholarship discount. You can save $100-$250 per registration. WSI is no longer giving scholarships for virtual conference.
  4. Save almost $1,000 with our NEW group discount for your company! When you register 10 paid attendees, you’ll receive the 11th attendee completely FREE (equal or lesser value). This doesn’t include Pre-Conference courses. Just email ndsafetyconference@ndsc.org to register your group.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A refund (minus 3% processing fee) will be issued for cancellations received by Feb. 10, 2025. Refunds will NOT be issued for cancellations made after this date.
