North Dakota Safety Council Announces New Board Leadership Focused on Empowering Safer Workplaces Across the State
At the North Dakota Safety Council, we believe that leadership sets the tone for progress, and our newest slate of Board Executives is ready to drive our mission to the next level. At our 2025 Annual Meeting during our 52nd Annual Safety & Health Conference, members elected a dynamic group of safety-focused professionals to lead the charge in creating safer workplaces, homes, and communities across North Dakota.

New Executive Officers Elected to Two-Year Terms
With years of industry experience and a passion for people, our new executive officers bring a blend of innovation and insight:
- Denise Kolpack, City of Fargo – President
- Randy Niles, American Crystal Sugar – Vice President
- Rod Koch, ContiTech USA, Inc. – Secretary/Treasurer
- Dave Hoekstra, Starion Bank – Board Chair
These leaders aren’t just advocates for safety, they’re champions of a culture in our businesses and communities helping ensure every worker returns home safe.
Re-elected Board Members
Our Board of Directors represents a powerful cross-section of industries committed to proactive safety practices. We’re proud to have the following board members return for 3-year terms ending in February 2028:
